Return & Dispute Policy

Viral Leverage Collectible Authority (VLCA)

Effective Date: [February 2010]

Viral Leverage Collectible Authority (“VLCA”) is committed to accurate representation, professional conduct, and fair resolution of legitimate concerns. This policy governs returns and disputes related to the purchase of numismatic collectibles from VLCA.

All items are sold as collectibles, not as financial instruments.

Return Eligibility

Returns are considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Material Misdescription
The item received is materially different from the item as described or represented at the time of sale.

  2. Authenticity Challenge
Authenticity is credibly disputed by a recognized third-party grading or authentication service (such as PCGS or NGC), supported by written documentation.

Return requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or adjustments will not be granted for:

  • Changes in market value after purchase

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

  • Expectations regarding future value or performance

  • Market volatility or demand shifts

  • Differences in grading opinion that were disclosed or understood at the time of sale

  • Disagreement with third-party grading outcomes rendered after delivery

Subjective evaluation is inherent in numismatics and does not, by itself, constitute grounds for return.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned in original, unaltered condition

  • Original holders, packaging, and documentation must be included

  • No evidence of damage, cleaning, tampering, or substitution

VLCA reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to final determination.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible

  • Shipping, insurance, transaction, and processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Dispute Resolution Process

VLCA encourages direct, professional communication to resolve concerns.

In the event of a dispute:

  1. The buyer must submit written notice outlining the concern

  2. Supporting documentation may be requested

  3. Third-party opinions may be reviewed for context

  4. Resolution will be guided by accuracy, fairness, and good-faith judgment

VLCA does not engage in disputes based on speculative outcomes, market timing, or projected appreciation.

Final Sale Notice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all sales are considered final once the return eligibility window has passed.

Limitation of Scope

This policy applies solely to the condition, authenticity, and representation of the item at the time of sale. It does not extend to future performance, liquidity, or market behavior.

Governing Law

This Return & Dispute Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
