Returns & Refunds Policy

VLCA — Viral Leverage Collectible Authority operates as a provider of numismatic collectibles. All items offered are sold as collectibles, not as financial instruments.

We are committed to accurate representation, professional conduct, and fair resolution of legitimate concerns. The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

1. Material Misdescription
   The item received is materially different from the item described or represented at the time of sale.

2. Authenticity Dispute
   Authenticity is credibly disputed by a recognized third-party grading or authentication service (e.g., PCGS, NGC), based on written documentation.

All return requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of receipt of the item.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• Changes in market value or pricing after purchase

• Buyer’s remorse or change of personal preference

• Expectations regarding future value or performance

• Market fluctuations or demand shifts

• Disagreements with third-party grading opinions that were disclosed at time of sale

Coins are inherently subject to subjective evaluation. Differences in opinion alone do not constitute grounds for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item must be returned in original, unaltered condition

• All original holders, packaging, and documentation must be included

• Item must not show signs of damage, cleaning, alteration, or tampering

VLCA reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing any refund.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment where possible

• Shipping, insurance, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Refunds are processed after successful inspection and verification of the returned item

Dispute Resolution

VLCA encourages direct communication to resolve concerns professionally.

In the event of a dispute:

• Documentation and third-party opinions will be considered

• Resolution will be guided by accuracy, fairness, and good-faith judgment

• Speculative claims or future value expectations will not be considered

VLCA does not engage in disputes based on projected appreciation, investment outcomes, or market timing.

Final Sale Notice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all sales are considered final once the eligibility window has passed.
