1. Authentication & Attribution

Eye appeal is subjective and is evaluated within the context of the series and collector expectations.

VLCA considers:

• Historical relevance

• Typical condition distribution for the issue

This context informs selection, not speculation.

6. Certification Review (When Applicable)

For certified coins:

• Certification is reviewed as an opinion

• Holder generation, label details, and attribution notes are considered

• Certification does not override visible condition concerns

VLCA may pass on coins that are certified but do not meet internal standards.

7. Market Context (Non-Predictive)

Historical market behavior may be reviewed to understand:
